rooms were cleaned every day and wi-fi
the staircase to the room was not very reliable! The room was very small and the floor was constantly creaking!! The bed was the worst...I had to sleep on an incline sideways if you know what I mean!
Thé kind welcome of thé receptionist. Ans his help on any circumstances.
Close proximity to my arrival point at Euston rail station. Friendly and helpful reception staff allowed me to leave luggage before/after checking-in/checking-out during my stay. Efficiency of the breakfast room staff in serving my meals.Hotel's convenience to the city transport system enabled easy access to my destinations. Ideal for visiting the British Library (Magna Carta & other important historical documents etc).
Smallness of the single room I occupied.
The hotel room was very small and might be compared to a wall closet. With respect to the undersized room, the price of 75 gbp was really not acceptable.
Clean, convenient, comfortable. Good location, quiet but near to the station and a nice place to stay. Will Def remember it.
Missed breakfast, 9am too early !
Good position, quiet enough, close to the subway station
Room at last floor with very small uncomfortable stairs, small breakfast room
Being met by a very cheery receptionist when I arrived got things off to a good start. My room was very clean. Though not large the ensuite bathroom had very new fittings and the power shower was superb. Free flatscreen TV with Freeview. Bed firm but I slept well. The only significant deficiency in the room was lack of an electric shaving socket. Breakfast was enjoyable - the cooked food was served very quickly by the attentive waitresses. While this is by no means a luxury hotel, if you want somewhere to stay for a few nights in a very convenient location (a quiet crescent a couple of blocks away from the Euston Road) this represents good value for money. I would stay here again.
Apart from the fact that the receptionist when I checked out couldn't muster a smile, I have nothing much to complain about. A shaving socket in the room would be a help.
Room was comfortable and quite and location excellent. Breakfast and staff very friendly and efficient
Asked to pay the bill as soon as we arrived. Accomodation was ok but 2 Star not 3 Star. Steps hard to negotiate with a heavy bag and no staff to help
Excellent ocation just five minutes from St Pancras Eurostar station. Quiet area, nice to have a coffee maker in the room in the UK, and all the essentials were in the room, including good and free WiFi service. Good full buffet breakfast in the morning included.
Rooms are very small but this is to be expected in London at this price range. Must let tap run for several minutes before you get hot water, at first I thought there was no hot water.
Good breakfast clean, good location quite
Shower was not strong v slow
It’s a very good location, very close to center and good public transportation nearby. Good breakfast in case a very short vacation (it’s the same each every day)
The room was too small and bathroom is totally unfriendly. For the money you should pay, we should get better comfort within the room.
very handy hotel, easy to get to very central, breakfast was nice value for money
was on the second floor, the staircase was very steep and difficult even with a small suitcase.
Did not spend much time in the hotel as we were sight seeing, all the staff were very helpful and obliging, that we met.
No baked beans or hash browns at breakfast, but other wise excellent.
free wifi, breakfast, surprisingly quiet for central London, good location (5 minutes from Euston/St Pancras)
The staff were very friedly and welcoming, the room was very clean and a good size, breakfast was very good and very quick.
